Different young people who studies at CBE are saying that western culture hinders the way they behave and dress comparable to the Rwandan past ladies. This was when they were giving their own perception about the future and the impact of western culture to Rwandan culture.

Talking to the media, the students at university said that the Rwandan culture has been changed some years after the colonization period according to MUNYEMANA DIDIER from school of Finance Banking said that what they are now saying is something unusual.
He said “our old people, I mean our fathers and mothers used to wear the long gown which covered their whole body. But now we find the naked women with benquin and some clothes which uncover their breasts. So, it is not good, I do not accept with these men and women.”
Another student named VESTINE UWAYO cited that everything has been changed. “today, we are seeing different changes. Think that Rwandan women need to wear properly even though the culture changes everyday.
I cannot care about the vision that nowadays youth is saying. “He said. According to her, the Ministry in of culture needs to bring some changes.
